      Pros

      Great place to work. They really care about employees, develop and plan for future and look to promote from within.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is Not very exciting- they are a conservative institutional bank. Long term success and consistency, but not cutting edge.

      Loan Servicing Representative

      Pros

      Loans is one of the easiest departments to work in. Co-workers on immediate team are extremely helpful if you need it.

      Cons

      Communication between different loan departments is horrible. (SOME) Management is not a great example of being a leader. Work/life balance for reps are not important Growth is hard to come by
