      - There has to be a manager on staff on Saturdays - holiday time off can be difficult with staffing

      Poor manager

      Pros

      Good ability to learn how to resolve issues with clients and client accounts. Good vacation policy. Clients were family.

      Cons

      The supervisor turned out to be a bully and was reported to Human Resources. Human Resources tended to error on the manager side and did not listen to the employee. Manager did everything possible to make the work environment toxic.

      If there were any, i wouldn't be looking for another job.

      advancement opportunities are non-existant unless hired from outside the company, pay is not competitive
