      Pros

      They are really excited about their team and put the employees first. They like to hire from within and are always promoting events and conferences to help their employee become more prepared and ready for anything. Higher-Up employees are very helpful and interact with everyone on the team.

      Cons

      If you work at a branch, you will have to be ready to possibly working on saturdays, but only for a few hours in the morning.

      Pros

      Standard bank as far as benefits. Ability to buy extra vacation. Nice art collection. Raises of about 1% each year.

      Cons

      “Blue Chip” items are supposed to improve the bank but what it comes down too is added responsibility on the already overworked employee. Specifically in commercial banking, where turnover has been much higher in recent years. The office has become increasingly male dominated and the top few are the ones that control everything, with no desire to give a damn about the rest of the employees.
