Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on working at Commerce Bank. We’re glad that you were pleased with our Total Rewards package, we take a lot of time and effort to makes sure our employees are awarded for the work they do. Personal Banking Associates were a role we had for several years while transitioning to a new universal banking model, and that role no longer exists at Commerce Bank. We have changed the role into a Personal Banker model where all branch employees are able to perform the same transactions and offer products and services that meet our customer’s needs. This means they do some “teller” work, but also have in depth and detailed conversations with customers regarding their accounts and financial solutions. This new role enables our employees to do more varied work and serve our customers better. Thank you for your feedback!
