It was fasted pace which was nice

Cons

They were cutting down on employees per branch and the number of hours each employee worked. Turn over was extremely high, and management didn't seem to really care about the employees

Our branches operate at a quick pace and we’re glad to see that was a part of your job you liked, but we are disappointed to hear that on the whole you did not enjoy your employment experience at Commerce. Our branches are staffed according to customer traffic and when there is a staff opening it can become hurried for the branch, but we do our best to mitigate this with our Utility Personal Bankers. Behind on modern technology. But they're working on updating technology.

I happened to have wonderful coworkers at the Branch where I worked.

Cons

It's very hard to move up into management if you are schmoozing with the big wigs at Battlefield.
