      Pros

      I enjoy working with the people at Commerce. Everyone is very positive. Management encourages a positive environment

      Cons

      Although there are raises every year they are minimal. Medical is a high deductible which gets more expensive every year.

      Engaged, strong caring leadership Lovely genuine helpful employees-a sense of family rather than just co-workers Great on-boarding ambassador programs, courses for growth etc Understanding of family vs work balance Excellent pay and benefits Longevity and job security Fun office challenges and team efforts Great employee and community assist programs
