      Excellent work Hours. Positive environment. Excellent training. Casual work environment. Clean environment. We either got overtime or all holidays off

      Cons

      Incompetent employees. Many of the employees there kept making the same mistakes. This gets agrevating when you bring this to management and they do nothing about it.

      Great company that cares about its customers. All employees are dedicated to delivering quality customer service. Strong financial performance - very solid company.

      Cons

      Very conservative organization. Not as proactive as they could be. Indifferent to long-tenure employees who add value to the company.

      It's been easy to grow. Some nice people. The benefits aren't bad. I really enjoy some of the fun activities.

      Cons

      The customers can be mean but that's ok. You have to know the right people or have a good prayer life. Things aren't always fair.
