      Pros

      Nice place to work, nice people. They have some good benefits - like will help pay for part time classes at school. Pretty good about letting you move to other branches. Experience will depend who your manager is, but I had a good one and I was very happy. I heard other branches were not as well run so it varies.

      Cons

      Pressure to sell products, although they aren't terribly pushy about it, but I didn't apply to the job expecting to be pushed to be a salesman. Salary raises are pitiful (cents per year).
