Business Outlook
Pros
Most employees are friendly, although there is a lot of burn out. Relationships built with customers is nice when you get to know the regulars.
Cons
Sales are pushed to customers and heavily weighed on your production numbers. Customers get frustrated with being interrogated every time they come in. Expectations are high and pay is low. Sales goals are unreachable. Employment is always on the line based on how much you sell. There too much turnover in staff and it's always understaffed. Upper management doesn't seem to understand.
