      Pros

      Well branded name for a central mid-size bank. Lots of great people.

      Cons

      Not the best culture for anyone who is a non-white male, especially in management. It's a good ol' boy system, from Kansas City to St Louis and most of their smaller markets. They lacked vision at their so-called mid market sectors.

      Easy works High job security (almost never get fired) Lots of opportunities for insider (maybe) Nice people, managements. Very diverse

      Low wages Extremely slow increases Productivity requirements increases based on your current productivity, doesn't matter how fast you're.
