      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, good crew, 401K and insurance are good

      Cons

      Management would make up the rules as they go. With finance rules should be black and white. Many times management would throw us tellers under the bus for following the policies and approve transactions that have no business getting approved, just because they were either friends with the customer or afraid of angering them.

      Great place to start for the experience. Some exciting challenges to help Tellers meet their goals requirements.

      Cons

      Some locations have horrible Management with very nasty attitudes and even if reported the higher up look pass it.
