      Often very busy so the work day is productive and goes by quickly. Good company culture and approachable management.

      Cons

      Short-handed a lot and there isn't a lot of extra time to round out training or take on extra responsibilities for possible career growth.

      Pros

      Very conservative bank and there is a lot of job security. They value customers and strive to have a good company culture. Benefits are good but you do pay for them.

      Cons

      Despite performance a great political game is a must. It is so secure that people tend to get in a position and delay advancement of others as well. Several factors for advancement can work against you.
