      Pros

      Promotes from within first. Takes time for new employee onboarding. Allows employees to take care of the customer on a personal level. Seeks to grow employees using a positive environment of coaching and feedback. Encourages open communication between all levels of management.

      Pros

      Secure environment. Everyone goes home at 5. I am expected to contribute but the environment is not at all stressful.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. For people who are ambitious, it is highly frustrating and there is high turnover. Most people have worked at Commerce for more than ten years and newcomers have a hard time getting established.
