      Pros

      It is a great company to work for. The management team is very supportive, it feels like they really want to see you grow and succeed.

      Cons

      For me it was difficult to be assessed on a sales matrix and find a different job within the company, they use that matrix, even if the job you are applying for is not sales motivated. That has been my one real frustration
