      Pros

      Secure status in the industry. Conservative long term investments and strategy have led to feeling safe knowing that Commerce isn’t going anywhere.

      Cons

      Low pay if promoted within. You’re better off gaining experience elsewhere and then coming into Commerce at a higher pay range. Low to average pay increase year over year. Loyalty is not rewarded so you must leverage external offers for any significant pay increase.

      Great Company, culture and team! Been with CB for almost 5 yrs and feel they walk the walk - enjoy all aspects.

      None come to mind. Every work situation is what you make it and CB makes it easy to be part of the successful team.
