      There’s a reason why so many people at Commerce stay there. They take care of their employees and focus on having a strong culture. It’s rare to find someone who isn’t wonderful to work with. The CEO is fantastic with how he’s navigated challenges over the years.

      Cons

      Decision making at the leadership level is prolonged and often without consultation from the experts around them. They put more value on outside opinions more than the folks who’ve dedicated their careers to this company.
