I've been employed by Commerce Bank for over 5 years, and the company culture never ceases to amaze me. The organization really cares about its employees development and growth. Management is always seeking ways to help you grow, send you to training / workshops, and support you in the skills you want to develop. Development, culture, compensation, and morale is great. Everyone is so willing to accept the "challenge" because morale is great. Our CEO is very personable and makes sure he is involved in the events and life of his employees...very humble guy!

Cons

Too much work, too little people. But surprisingly work/life balance is still flexible and highly encouraged by most all leadership groups.
