      -Good work/life balance, -That's the only Pro

      Cons

      -Talent and competency is poorly assessed. There are a lot of people where you will wonder how they got into their position. -Company calls itself conservative but that looks more of a cover to explain poor growth/performance. -Culture is bizarre, with 'Edge' concepts commonly teetering between cult-like and overstepping boundaries -Management at all levels will make decisions based on their own preconceived notion. No amount of conflicting data has convinced a manager their thesis is wrong.

      Pros

      Within the HR department, the culture is fantastic. Teammates are kind, helpful, and respectful. The company truly cares about it's employees and it shows in everything they do. Work-life balance is unparalleled.

      Cons

      There is some bureaucracy to wade through when getting decisions approved, but it's manageable. Salaries can be lower than you can get elsewhere, but with the superior work-life balance and great culture, it's a sacrifice worth making.
