      -Commerce Bank prioritizes your mental health. This is HUGE! -Flexibility! My manager is always willing to work with my schedule when life events come up. I never worry that work will come in the way of my home life. -Career development is amazing at Commerce! If you want to grow in your career, they will support you and guide you along the way. -The people! Commerce seems to only hire the best people. I truly enjoy working with all of my team members.
