      Pros

      You accrue vacation time right away. Pay was decent.

      Cons

      If you don't desire to work in sales I suggest you do not apply for this position. You receive constant coaching on how to improve your sales numbers, they have a ridiculous excel spreadsheet to rank where you are at sales wise. If you are not at the expected level expect micro managing and to constantly have a manager hovering over you watching your every move. Even if the customer is just coming in for a simple deposit or coming through the drive thru you are expected to sell, sell, sell.

      Pros

      Hours were great. Manager was nice and supportive. Friday Donut Days. Occasional free lunch paid for by company. Benefits and time off were great.

      Cons

      Salary was quite low for the amount of work done and numerous responsibilities. No room for growth within department. You have to leave the department to move upward.
