      I love the culture at Commerce and the emphasis (from the top down) to ensure we keep working at improving it even though it is pretty great already! I appreciate the opportunities that are provided for personal development including leadership development, mentoring and job shadow opportunities to help identify where you want to go in your career and many other resources.

      Cons

      The drive downtown can be challenging during rush hour sometimes.
