      Pros

      Amazing culture of inclusivity fostered by employee resource groups. There are layers of resources for professional development. Great benefits package, with ability to "purchase" additional vacation days.

      Cons

      Even with resources, difficult to grow in your area or move to another area. While tenure has positives, has also resulted in a mindset amongst many that the Commerce way, is the only way. Even when leveraging development resources, it feels like those most likely to move ahead, are the ones who have spend their entire career with the organization. Compensation is much lower than competitors. Flexibility is determined by line of business and can be limited.
