Terrible management, extremely off putting and makes you feel uncomfortable. That goes for "HR" too, which is one guy who has no social skills, who also happens to be the owners best bud. Birds of a feather for sure. Owner is a quack and a bully. Plays favorites even though no one actually likes him because he acts like a tyrant. Terrible workplace. Never been so unhappy working somewhere in my entire life. Truly hope this family finds some sort of peace because they are miserable. I can see why everyone leaves after a short period of time. Dont waste your mental health on this place

You are expected to work 50+ hrs, no lunch breaks, you cannot take calls if your children are sick, life is not allowed to happen with this employer, and one particular individual speaks horribly to people. I read the reviews and should have went with my gut originally and said no.
