Cons

Executive leadership can be resistant to change and challenging to work with. Those reporting directly to C-Suite have struggled, resulting in high turnover.

Great team, great management. Mission-based organization means you are not working for "the man but for the betterment of peoples' lives. Great work-life balance too. I can't say enough good things.
