Pros
* Benefits were good (medical, dental, vision, etc.) * Had a wonderful time working at Dignity Health (until new management came in and made many organizational restructuring which resulted in rounds of layoffs). * The manager and coworkers I had were nice, hardworking and supportive
Cons
Not sure how the environment is now but heard from current employees that there is a new parent company and so there is still a transitional period
