      I loved the work of sterilizing. It prevents the contamination of bacteria, microorganisms, and spread of infections .

      Great coworkers, started off with good patient ratios (8:1 for CNAs) but after two years, went to (16:1). Great pay for the area.

      Cons

      I was called off at least 1-2x every week meaning my paycheck would only be 1/3 of what I was expecting AND scheduled for!
