      Pros

      patient contact. multiple consults. use education. team work. management sensitive to employee contributions and work experience. centura exercises multiple resources to continue to improve upon patient care and safety. centura encourages and supports continued employee professional development. I can say at the end of my worst day that I love my job as a pharmacist working for centura

      Cons

      hours/shifts--no biggie though. Cafeteria expensive. No onsite gym

      Pros

      The health insurance is great. The company is self-insured, so if you get your care from Centura, there is a huge benefit. The people who work there are incredible. I have never met a more inspired group of people. The mission and values drive the environment.

      Cons

      Pay. I am under paid, my boss knows it, and there is nothing she can do about it. The Compensation team dictates everything, but they don’t know my skills, or how hard I work. They put your resume on a pay scale and It’s a huge disappointment. I don't get paid for my proficiency, I get paid at the bottom of the scale because of my years of experience. Also, the PTO isn’t very generous, and there is no opportunity for growth. There is no opportunity for career advancement.

      Very limited PTO, No Sick, Holidays come out of PTO. No defined career ladder. No upward mobility
