      Flexible schedule and great boss. She really cares about your needs and issues.

      Cons

      No one knows about extra training for my department but they always say that there is a bunch of opportunities. Working the halls sometimes you will get well over 13 patients and some lazy Nurses system wide. No Management says anything to these nurses. Makes a person not want to go back to work. CNA'S get paid minimum for maximum work loads..
