The changing landscape of health care today is requiring significant transformation across the industry, and at times that can feel a bit "messy" as we work thru those challenges. However, bullying is never acceptable and we are sorry to hear you felt this way about your work experience.

Pros

Challenging and exciting work. No day was ever the same in this role. Position was respected when needed. Excellent support from Directors at the time of employment.

Cons

No security in the job. Once Joint Commission came and went, Chiefs looked at position as not needed for at least a year.
