      Most of the employees are very nice and helpful to everyone, no matter what department you work at.

      Cons

      I'm only PRN when needed and I don't get enough hours when sensis is low.

      Pros

      St. Francis is a Catholic hospital that walks the talk. It is a wonderful organization to work for that takes as good of care of its employees as its patients.

      Cons

      There are some things that would make it easier to work here such as on-site child care and pay more equal to other hospitals within its umbrella conglomerate, Centura.
