Expensive insurance, small discounts for the few employees that qualify in the wellness program. Care Management Services management uses intimidation to run the department, the staff is treated very badly, good employees disappear overnight. The department is chronically short staffed and more busy work keeps being given to the employees, recent changes brought morale even lower.

staffing lacked most of the time so patient safety/satisfaction was an issue, no extra help on crazy busy days, have charge nurses in charge that don't help out and are not team players, allowed certain people to get away with things and others could look wrong way in be in an office.
