New management doesn’t care about old employees. Growth only for the people they bring in. The only growth I see is the unhappiness of the employees who were here before the new management took over. Our manager died and we weren’t given time or opportunity to grieve. Instead you pushed us to do more which we did in honor. The pay is much less than what other companies are paying in our area no matter how many times you tell us otherwise. You may be a non profit organization but we aren’t non profit employees, pay us what we are worth. People are leaving and management doesn’t seem to want to try to keep anybody. That Human kindness they brag about clearly doesn’t extend to the employees.

Upper management cares little for workers choosing profit / money over employee wellbeing and patient care. Continue to fire good, needed workers to save a few bucks while making tens of millions themselves. They do not pay what employees deserve. Just another money driven capitalistic non-profit.
