Pros

Co-workers are awesome. I enjoy working with some great people. We keep each other going when morale is poor (which is often).

Cons

Too many see below... the majority advice that I would give would be a waste of my time. They will only be defensive and offended by it, even if it’s honest.

Pros

Get to witness prejudice up closeat work

Cons

Heres a fact that encompasses rt department and permeates throughout hospit. During orientation HR has everyone split into groups where a board game is played.similar to monopoly rhere are 2 piles of cards.each card describes scenario of religous statement. Each player has to choose if the card is describing scenarios of religous beliefs Whether catholic or adventist .you have use of oriention packet which u can find answers. True story. In the department was a Respiratory therapist who was born in poland..she was constantly called that russian girl.even on assignment board. She left as she was to wotk at littleton.

Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, meal allowances, and uniform provided. Overall, good working environment and cleanliness with parking provided. Helpful coworkers.

Cons

Long hiring process which can take more than a month in total plus a two day orientation. Training done by coworkers and not always consistent or thorough. High turnover which can lead to being short staffed.
