Pros

CommonSpirit has good staff - the people that actually take care of patients

Cons

CommonSpirit is an organization that puts being a money making business, promoting their political view, reorganizing to having only newer nurses and not seasoned nurses, and increasing top management salaries as their priorities.

Pros

the ICU crew is pretty amazing

Cons

They dont care about their employees at all. Short staffed, over worked, and they keep taking every benefit away. I didn't realized how bad it was until i started working at UC Health and realized how much better things were.

Pros

Good pay, good team, good culture, leadership supportive. Far healthier environment than some other local health systems.

Cons

1) Doc health insurance starts on day 1, RNs day 30. Complete joke. You do need RNs and value them right? Any idea what kind of slap in the face that it? 2) Other health systems in Denver Metro have better health insurance that cost less per pay period and offer better coverage. 3) In system coverage/patient contribution, even at Common Spirit facilities and physicians is outrageously bad. Seriously? Other health systems are far better. 4) 401K match lower than other health systems.
