The people who work there are very passionate about what they do and who they support. If you work a remote position, there is opportunity for flexibility.

Cons

Because CSH is so large, seeking out career development opportunities can be difficult. Also, CSH is seen as "corporate". The regions identify with their local brands (Dignity Health, CHI, and others).

When you’re clocked out- you are clocked out. Health benefits are amazing Very nice team and culture. They are still trying to strengthen culture because whole department is remote.

Years of systemic complaints and no change. Communication is poor between departments and work units Low pay
