      Pros

      Nice people, active in many markets, full service platform, embrace technology.

      Cons

      Top leadership although really nice people, lack a breath of experience beyond Commonwealth and as such are not up to date on industry practices and trends. Furthermore, although there is acknowledgement that some company practices could be improved, top management does not embrace change and as such the same mistakes and poor business practices are repeated.
