Proud of product we sold - solid care and activities for residents.

Cons

More worried about checking boxes than actually selling. I was expected to work more than 40 hours consistently and most of that was for meetings and reports vs time to sell. I was spoken to like I were a child as well. Very disappointing.

Too much pressure is put on sales directors. Goals are unattainable. Expectations are unreasonable, and directors feel like they are never doing enough to satisfy them.
