Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our goal is to be a great place to work where we provide our team with direction, clarity, encouragement, and growth needed to perform at their best. I wish we had the opportunity to speak while I was visiting the India team last week. I was impressed to not only see all of the office improvements the team has made since my last visit (beautiful artwork in the kitchen, F.A.I.R. Player Posters, F.A.I.R. Players Wall, TV’s, etc) as well as learn about all of the specific feedback opportunities our team has to share their feedback. I encourage you to share specific examples through our multiple feedback channels such as our town hall/quarterly meetings, C&P open house meetings, drop box comments, or reaching out directly to any member of our C&P team, our AI Management Team, or the Sr. Management Team about how we can facilitate change.
