Poor Training, make sure to read all the policies and procedures (however, you probably won't have time). Supervisors uniformed and many are not educated which is evident and creates problems that in turn, cause danger to patients. Little or no recognition for hard work. In my case protocol not followed, I never received a review of my performance. I could go on & on unless you just need a place to start and get a little experience STAY AWAY!!
