      • Paid fairly compared to other non-profits • Communicated things that are important in a timely fashion No stress. Management are so good and friendly. I know well my client. steady pace and its not a busy work place. Plenty of time spend and care for your client. Best work place and good management I have ever had since I started working as a nurse. Highly recommended for other nurses who want peace, steady and good environment work place.

      Pros

      Very cohesive work family, new senior leadership team bringing positive change. The people are incredibly warm and supportive. Good employee benefits, collaboration with College of St. Joseph offers reduced tuition.

      Cons

      The work is challenging but super rewarding. It's a non-profit so compensation is less than other employers, but the leadership team is aware and working on solutions.
