Pros

• Paid fairly compared to other non-profits • Communicated things that are important in a timely fashion No stress. Management are so good and friendly. I know well my client. steady pace and its not a busy work place. Plenty of time spend and care for your client. Best work place and good management I have ever had since I started working as a nurse. Highly recommended for other nurses who want peace, steady and good environment work place.

Cons

I honestly don't have any. I really love this company.

A Good Place to Work

Pros

I love the work I do but what makes it even more powerful is observing the hardest workers making a difference in individuals lives that really need it. Working for CCN is very rewarding.

Cons

Turnover - it is hard for the Agency to recruit top talent due to restrictions on compensation. This is not because CCN chooses to pay lower; we rely heavily on grants and insurance billing. Unfortunately this limits keeping people in the designated positions.

Pros

Making genuine connections with folks we support and empowering them to own their own lives in their own local communities is invigorating! Beyond that, I like being part of a collaborative team, supporting my colleagues and motivating solution-based thinking! Impacting societal change, even just a little bit, rates right up there, too!

Cons

Having enough workers, especially Direct Support Professionals, to provide the services people need is an ongoing challenge. And, being part of a large, complex local and state system makes for some challenges but, it is totally worth the effort!
