Pros

Working at Community Choice for the past 14 years has been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the most defining aspects of my time here has been the clear path for upward career progression. From my first role to my current position, I’ve had the opportunity to grow, take on new challenges, and continuously expand my skill set. The company truly invests in its people, offering resources and support to help employees reach their full potential. Another standout feature is the performance-based culture. Hard work, innovation, and results are recognized and rewarded, creating an environment where excellence is encouraged and celebrated. This culture has motivated me to consistently strive for improvement and deliver my best work. Finally, what makes this journey truly special is the incredible team of coworkers I’ve had the privilege to work alongside. The collaboration, camaraderie, and shared commitment to success have made every project meaningful and every challenge surmountable. It’s rare to find a workplace where the people are as talented as they are supportive, and I’m grateful to be part of such a team. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited for what lies ahead.

Cons

Over the years, the company has consistently improved its benefits package—offering better healthcare options, PTO plans, retirement plans, and wellness programs that support employees and their families. However I think this is one area we can always strive to advance, to ensure we are competitive with other companies of our size.

Pros

All any company can do is give you an opportunity. I startedas a customer service rep and I’ve worked my way up. Yes, there are challenging times but the financial rewards and being able to determine my own future and income, is what drives me every single day.

Cons

You have to work some nights and some weekends, but it’s way better than traditional retail.

The grass isn’t always greener

Pros

I worked for this company for several years and thought it was time to move on. What I experienced was the grass isn’t greener elsewhere, so I returned. Since my return I couldn’t be happier. The company and operations team welcomed me back with open arms. The company has a clear direction and is doing very well.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the job or the company.
