The fact upper management demanded employees to give a good review. Think it's a lie? Look at the dates of the most recent reviews. If that is not telling enough! Upper management and VPs sit at home all day. They need a reality check and know nothing about the true struggles in stores. No holidays off paid but corporate and upper management, of course they do. Stores dead on holidays and waste money on payroll. They pressure and down talk employees. You are replaceable and only a number to anyone higher up. Anyone in upper management is so disconnected with truly how stores run or customer needs. Stay away! No advancement unless you're sleeping with someone or kissing someone's rear side! But I guess that's job security and the only way you have it in the company.

The management level is a complete disgrace. I will never work for a company like this.
