      Pros

      Stable job with a steady workload. Pay is better than some of the local competitors and there was no formal productivity quota which is super nice. Emphasis was on quality coding over quantity. It’s a good job if you want to stay in the same position for a long time

      Cons

      Coder pay has not kept up with inflation. There were no advancement opportunities which is ultimately why I left
