always short staffed on the units. They'll tell you they staff 3 techs for the 22 bed unit but they're actually short everyday so it's really just 2 techs per unit making the pt ratios 1:11 instead of the 1:7 max that they promised

Same as everywhere - staffing can be rough, excessive e-learnings, insurance coverage gets worse but more expensive each year, excessive charting checkboxes, high turnover, higher acuity and volume of patients daily
