      Pros

      Community Health Network puts patients first, expects truth-telling and transparency, and provides access to high quality health care.

      Cons

      Community Health Network is not inclusive. Top management is overwhelming white and mostly male. There are few women in top management positions, and even fewer minorities -- African-American, Latino, Asian. There is a real lack of diversity across the network -- gender-stereotypical roles, few older and disabled employees.

      Pros

      I have had a good experience with my direct managers, work load and ability to provide care. I like what I do in my day to day and my co-workers are great. I mainly stay for the benefits of health care, which are good but could be better

      Cons

      salary, gaslighting about finances, back door letting go of important programs, CEO makes millions, payout illegal bonuses to doctors and won't give raises to others, really no room for growth
