Patient-focused, great teamwork, excellent care
Cons
Poor focus on work-life balance. The only focus is if hours are covered; if time off is sacrificed, so be it. The ability to use PTO is restricted. No focus on keeping existing talent, just a revolving door of hiring new ones. Growth in employees and support does not parallel growth in program and responsibilities
