No paid sick days limited number of days able to call in sick forced to take PTO in offices that close for holidays

Not well organized, way too many departments (aka too many cooks in the kitchen) with no flow or communication between them. I had to supply my own cell phone for communication. I was hired for hourly job and then told it was salaried and had to do tons of work at home with no compensation.
