      Great coworkers,doctors,patients, competitive pay, decent work environment

      Cons

      One of the Anderson Indiana sites was very poorly managed by two managers,many employees were basically forced to leave or be fired for bogus reasons. Very high turnover rate after years of consistent, great team member service time. Atmosphere completely changed in the past 2 years and patients took notice of this also and complained. HR was non responsive to problems
