Community Health Network (Indiana) reviews

Management did not treat employees with respect. Assumed employees were not doing their job correctly based on fellow peers comments. I did my job well but there was a lack of communication and there were favorite employees who fed misinformation to management. For a person like myself who graduated with honors and had wonderful patient reviews it lacked any sense and seemed very frustrating and disrespectful. The raises all around were very poor for entire department.

They do not take security/gun threats seriously. They DO NOT have a zero tolerance pt harassment/violent threat/gun threat policy. Health insurance gets worse with less coverage and higher premiums each year. They do not “take care of their own” when an employee is sick. They do not allow enough call in days a year. this is especially true for parents who may need off work because their kids may be sick.
